The Studio We have had a recording studio at Springstone for as long as we can remember - right back to the days of four track reel-to-reel tape recorders - and have a long lineage of recording audio, or video for that matter. Our performing area has been used for many activities apart from just recording audio, everything from meditation and healing to painting and sketching. It's a nice big room with natural light that can be used for various pursuits. It just happens to be wired for full 24-track audio with foldback sends and video feeds. We have the facilities to run all the studio electrics from a 100% renewable source. Things won't sound any better, nor will they sound any worse, but in every other way it will be the cleanest recording you have ever made. More recently, because of this renewable energy, we have been doing recording work for various environmental and wildlife organisations and find that this kind of work sits very well with the ideals of Springstone. We will however record bands and other artistes, but it is better all round if you at least believe in what you do.
