Our approach We pride ourselves in our friendly, knowledgeable and imaginative way of working. Whether you are an 'old-hand' at the recording process or in a studio for the first time we will do all we can to make your visit as enjoyable and productive as possible whilst providing a non-pressured atmosphere, conducive to creativity. We have recorded a wide variety of material from rock, folk and techno to modern ballroom bands, radio broadcasts, poetry and plays. We have a wide range of recording techniques in our repertoire and are great believers in adopting the best method of recording for each client rather than applying a 'one way fits all' strategy. We enjoy working with artistes from scratch so as to ensure, as far as is possible, that their concept and the end result are the same. We are not afraid to tackle 'live' recordings in the studio. In fact, on many occasions, gigging bands have appreciated being able to capture the energy of their on-stage performances on tape by laying down the basic tracks live and multi-tracking solos, vocal performances, etc., afterwards. This approach can also reduce the amount of time needed in the studio, provided of course that the performers are well rehearsed!
